  • Awful customer service and work. I went with my boyfriend who got a pedicure and I got a pedicure and shellac manicure. No one else was in the salon when we arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. After we both sat down and put our feet in the water, the staff then proceeded to tell us that my boyfriend's chair wasn't working. The lady doing my shellac nails, who I think was the owner, cut my skin twice as she was attempting to manicure them and my finger was bleeding profusely. The shellac manicure was the WORST I ever had. One nail she left with cotton fluff under the coat. When I drew her attention to it, she tried to blame me even though I was sitting there getting my toes done. The shellac manicure didn't even last 5 days before it cracked, my shellac usually lasts 14 days or more! During my boyfriend's pedicure, the staff just gave up and didn't complete the job as soon as another customer came in and asked to have her. DO NOT GO HERE. WASTE OF MONEY.
