  • Bought a 05 town n country from them end of December, first they tried to sell me a 2,000 service contract on it,, WITHOUT Explaining it wasnt worth the paper it was written on ,,,,, THEN we finalized it all on the 28th of December, and three weeks later, I had to go back cause they had messed up the paperwork on getting the tag right. THEN a week later, my brother, a master mechanic for Chrysler products drove it and told me my brakes where going out, come to find out the mechanics at parks had drenched them in STOP SQUEAK commonly used to quiet brake pads that are starting to go, THEN the power steering pump went out ,,, im just waiting to find out which will be next,,, THE MOTOR??? DO NOT BUY USED OR NEW VEHICLES FROM THIS SHADY BUNCH OF LOOSERS,, no way in hell would I ever do it again ! ! OH P Tracy says they have a warranty,, funny I I was not informed of any of that or I WOULD have taken the van back over to have them look at it.. yeah sneaky lil business practice,, I guess next time I go to buy a van,, I will travel with my brother and a lawyer to read through everything ! lol lol And let us not forget being slammed (or they tried to slam me) into a warranty on this 05 van ! ! ! that cost over a quarter of the price, which added another year to the payments. AND most of all, not worth the paper the warranty was written on ! ! !
