  • This used to be a great airline and then Alaska Airlines bought it; what a disappointment for its customers and employees. Now it is just another big airline with poor service. Flight today is delayed by 2 hours and no one knows why and can't even tell you the estimated arrival time at the destination. Unfortunately, it has so few flights they can't get you on another flight. I used to love this airline, but now it's back to Southwest, at least they have multiple flights so as to not destroy your plans and appointments for the day. Employees of the "old" Virgin, Bransom did you no favor in the end.
