  • I stumbled upon the Hao Bao truck in Civic Space Park across from the Cronkite School and was really surprised by the owner's eagerness to strike up conversation. He was really nice and his menu seemed very reasonable. I wasn't in the mood for a full meal but the platter looked delicious. I ordered the dumplings, which the owner said he makes by hand, and was really surprised. They were really fresh and delicious. The amount I got for $8 wasn't bad and I am hoping to return. He said the truck would be in the Civic Space Park in Phoenix every Wednesday. I will definitely be adding this to my food truck line up during the week!
