  • Dec 5, 2016 I was at Kay Jewelers to have my ring checked as I do every 6 months since 2009. They have a new system now that they email you that is suppose to prove you had it done. I never received it & Michelle said she would tell her boss Mike Hayward. That does not help me prove I was there. We drove a 100 miles & I expect a receipt. Beware cause I think this is there new way of not trying to fix a ring that might be damaged. Also I notice they don't use the machine to clean it like they use to. They hand clean it with a brush. I can do that.
