  • TERRIBLE SERVICES! I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, even someone I didn't like. I created a kijiji post where I clearly detailed I was looking for a specific vehicle within a specific budget. I received a response from a sales person within the used car department that said he had a couple that fit my requirements and I should come take a look. The first vehicle he showed me was $10,000 over my budget and when I made the comment he suggested I take it for a spin to see how it was, OK sure I have not driven one so I might as well get an idea what it's like. We went for a spin and during our conversation (which was great) I mentioned that I wasn't even sure if this specific vehicle was a match because I have limited parking requirements. He suggested we take it to and test it out in the parking to make sure as there was no point talking price until we knew that detail. Long story short, when I finally realized that it was 10grand over my price and really I should stay within budget he became very aggressive and started personally attacking me, mentioning how I should grow some balls and make decisions on my own without talking to my spouse. Whatever I left. Then he called me back and apologized (wow I was impressed, everyone has a rough day whatever I shrugged it off). During that time I was still looking at vehicles daily off kijiji. Found one Late friday night and bought it. I though I would do the nice thing and message this person back and let them know I found a vehicle so they wouldn't have to keep looking for me, well he proceeded to personally attack me once again and blame me for not being up front about what I wanted. The best part of the whole things is that the emails were all in a thread which originated with him messaging me on Kijiji where I had clearly defined my budget and what I was looking for. Long story short I have never been treated so badly in my life. I will make it a personal mission to ensure nobody I know goes to Advantage Ford, this is a coles notes of the actually events and everyone I have shared the emails with is shocked that he would even email me the way he did. I am still in shock. Stay away from this place....this was used sales people down to every bad joke in the book! PS: Still bought a Ford though just not through them.
