| - This was my second time when I went to Ultracuts and I when I decided not to visit them again ever. My first visit was not that bad, I wasn't impressed but it was okay. This time when I called them for appointment, a lady totally confused picked up and couldn't answer my simple questions but I gave her benefit of doubt(should not have). I reached the Market Mall Untracuts on time and kept waiting at the counter of Ultracuts to checkin myself , though I had the appointment but I had to wait just like any other walkin. So, my turn came and the asian lady(pls don't think I am racist , I am not!) who picked my phone took me, I was hoping that I don't get assigned to her. She finished the cut that she was working on and I could see the dissatisfaction on that lady's face. She didn't talk, no smile and starting working on mine. She was literally pulling my hair while washing. The chair was full of cut hair, when I asked her to wipe, she wiped it casually and leaving most of the hair still on chair. So, I took the cloth and wiped myself. She starting combing my hair using a filthy comb full of somebody else's cut hair and combed just half of my hair and starting cutting. She did it pathetically, I must say. I was taking deep breaths on the mistake I had made. She was done in few minutes..yes just few minutes..My hair were still wet and dripping water with an uneven really bad cut. She said it's done and I was surprised. I said won't you dry my hair. And she told me that its extra 20+$ and may be more as I have long hair. I was so much frustrated. Any simple salon will atleast dry your hair without any cost. So, she meant that for her pathetic service I had to pay almost 50$. I just came back with my wet hair and did it myself at home swearing to never ever go there again.
