  • There is little wonder why this store is going out of business! Several months ago (3-4) my fiancee spent couple of thousand dollars on lingerie which sounds like a lot because it is! Well one of the bras she spent $200 on. Yes no sh-t $200 she wore the bra 3 times and a back strap had a tear that was getting worse. So of course she went back to the store. Guess what, they were closing in two days, they refused to give her a refund, an exchange, or replace the inferior product they sold her. In fact she received no customer service at all. They told her she would have to call the Costa Mesa store and take it up with them. Are you F--ing kidding me! Now we have a to do list to get what she over paid for to begin with. I am giving them one star because yelp wont allow me to post this review with a zero star ratingTerrible Terrible Terrible. This company can go suck my Intimacy!
