  • Love this place! When my girlfriend asked me to join, I was really skeptical. UFC? I gym, but I'm not that hardcore. But I gave it a chance. Of course my FIRST EVER session there happened to be a boxing session with Darrin. He happens to be the most hardcore trainer there!! The one hour session kicked my butt!! It was challenging and I realized how out of shape I was. I was immediately hooked. But couldn't go back to the gym until the next week because I was so sore!! Then I met Dave, the manager there. After talking to him and showing interest in joining, he worked out a deal for me. I signed myself and my husband up right away. Dave is personable and always willing to help you out if you ask. Now we go Monday through Thursday and I love it! The gym is always adding new trainers and has plans to expand. I can't wait!! If you are one of those people who try to exercise on your own and end up browsing facebook in between reps, or work out for 2 hours and don't feel tired at the end of it, then you're doing it wrong. You might be like me and need to be motivated. These trainers push you and encourage you to keep going. Before you know it, the hour is up, you're sweating bullets, and you're ecstatic that you went to the gym that day. Because what did you just burn? A million calories?? Feels like it.
