  • Just save your money and go elsewhere. If you worked out here when it was Gold's Gym and didn't like it.... you'll absolutely HATE it as EOS. The staff is rude and apparently lazy because nothing is clean or in working order. I'm not sure about the other locations but the Lake Mead one is disgusting. I would NEVER suggest anyone using those showers.... just wait til you get home!! I have heard the GM... Steven/Stephen (something like that) be a downright a$$hole to customers with issues. Totally unprofessional and obviously should not be in a position that has to deal with customer service. Pretty disappointed with this location to say the least. I REALLY hope all the EOS locations aren't this bad.
