Tried the Hakata, tukumen, and started with karrage fried chicken. Hakata was good soup wasn't salty meat was sliced too thinly. My fiance had tukumen that is served cold you add all the ingredients yourself. The fried chicken was delicious marinated chicken was great. Fair warning the fry the skin separately so don't freak out when you take a big bite is skin only. I'll come back and try another dish.
