  • Have been with Bob Brown for over a dozen years and just dropped. MAJOR problems last Spring with air conditioner requiring half a dozen visits before one technician Leroy figured it out. This Spring we called a month in advance and insisted we only wanted Leroy to work on our system. They never called and sent someone else out instead. We are DONE with this company, who has very bad services. Would never recommend them to anyone.
