  • So I couldn't quite put my finger on the issue but I have been in this store multiple times. Everytime I walk in no one greets me. Even after walking around for 5+ minutes. I finally purchased my purse online. I went back in to look at the matching wallet. Again ignored and not greeted. I purchased my wallet online. I had a very nice salesperson greet me the next time I was in. Uri. So as a result when I got ready to purchase again I texted him on Friday looking for a purse N/A online. I asked him to see if it could be ordered or if I could get it from a different store. He said I will look everywhere for you. Today is Monday I had to text him for an update only for him to tell me they don't have it in stock in store again. Not what I asked and which I already knew because he told me that on Friday. Not what I asked him to do. I called the 866 number and they had it in a store in Cali. Just 1. So he never even bothered to find out. Long story short. Black people buy Louis Vuitton too. FYI. None of these salespeople will get my commission from this location. EVER. The only reason I gave this two stars is that Uri was very kind at my first interaction with him and was the only person that even bothered to greet me even though he didn't do as I requested the second time I spoke with him and attempted to help me locate a bag. I guess $3100 wasn't big enough a sale for him to look for what I the customer wanted.
