We do enjoy coming here but get frustrated at several silly things that they could improve to make things more convenient and younger kid friendly.
- They are extremely strict on no food or drinks. They open at 10 and we have to leave at lunch time because you can't take your lunch and they are not located in a place where there is food to walk to. By the time you would drive somewhere it is time for naps.
- We were just there with a total of 8 kids in the building but yet could not take our 4 and 2 year old into the dodge ball area. Not sure what the big deal is as they have 2 separate areas for dodgeball and with school being in session the only kids coming during the day are typically preschool ages and younger.
- Then this is the second time we have went where the two blow ups are touching each other and it is difficult for an adult to get thru.
I would come a lot more ofter for the price if they would let up a little bit and adjust a couple of areas to accommodate young children that eat and drink often, are attracted to balls, and the room to walk in between inflatables.
