  • I live in out of state and always hand make my grandmothers grave flowers and send them home to my father and he puts them on her grave for me.. however time got away from me this week and I was desperate. Knowing they have done things for our family in the past (weddings, funerals and birthdays) I decided to give them a call and leave a message (it was after hours). I was shocked that a friendly person picked up. Sherry kept telling me oh do not worry we can help- and help they did! They texted that same night the silk flowers that they could offer me and Corey kept following back up via text checking each and every flower that I wanted. I know that this might seem crazy. For flower "people" this is exactly the kind of detail and service that dream that you find on the other end of a phone 3000 miles away. I gave them a price that I was wanting to stay in and they came in much lower than I expected and I'm thrilled...and Jonathan called this morning and said they are getting it delivered today. Flowers on my beloved grandmothers grave before Easter and beautiful flowers and beyond exceptional service was truly a blessing. I manufacture children's clothing for weddings in Los Angeles so I recognize service and detail when I receive it...and this family run business is an amazing team effort- I would trust them with anything. Thank you again to all of you for making this happen. Update today: it's on my grandmothers grave before Easter!! Huge thanks!!! It's perfect!!!
