This location has by far the worse customer service ever experienced. Josh (guy who took our order) was lackadaisical all the way around and quite annoying to be honest. Part of my order never appeared on the screen and we asked multiple times if he got it down and he said yes all times, we get to him to pay and he starts rambling on for several minutes about amazon prime and other purchases he made during the holiday season, fine whatever. We get to the window and of course the order was incomplete. The lady catches an attitude instead of charging us to complete the order, mind you there are only 2 cars in the drive thru and we were there for over 15 minutes. She says she's the manager but she can't control what Josh does, that she's too busy tending to her own duties. It was just a bad time, this is petty to complain about but the encounter alone would upset anyone. There is more to the story that I won't carry on about any further, but overall THIS PLACE SUCKS! LAST TIME THEY SEE ME and they should be ashamed of their customer service skills, or lack thereof.....especially at such a non busy time
