rev:text	Uncle Bob's Self Storage is the very first experience I've ever had of self storage and I have to be honest: I was NOT looking forward to it. The moving situation itself was less than ideal and having to get storage made it even less so. I actually put the search for storage off for weeks before finally bearing down and "getting it over with". I "chose" Uncle Bob's because, compared to other options in the area, it's prices were less costly, and because it was nearby where I lived. I am VERY excited to report that I could not possibly be happier with my experience here. From the first person that I spoke with on the phone to the awesome service I received on-site, the experience was honestly such a huge relief. I was helped at the storage facility by Matthew - a highly knowledgeable, high energy individual who was eager to help and maintained a sincere sense of urgency without sacrificing that all-important personal touch. Matt made it unbelievably easy for me to get my things moved in. He was careful to explain everything I needed to know down to the barest details, without making me feel stupid or rushed. He took extra time to make sure I had everything I needed. He let me know, too, that Uncle Bob's even lets you use their truck for free up to 25 miles, asking only that you fill it with gas once you're through. This was a TREMENDOUSLY pleasant surprise for me since I was about to turn around and rent one for $150+. The facility itself is very high security, very bright, and very clean. It's such a silly thing - self storage, right? But it's VERY obvious that Uncle Bob's takes pride in its business and goes the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. I never thought I'd have any reason to say this, but I would HIGHLY and EXCITEDLY recommend Uncle Bob's Self Storage to ANYONE looking for a great deal on storage. And I'd hope that they get to work with Matt, too, because he was really really great. Thank you, Matt and Uncle Bob's, for making a pretty crumby situation that much brighter simply by doing what you do, and doing it really very well. I couldn't be more satisfied. BIG kudos. I appreciate it very much.
