  • These are beautiful, new apartments located in a popular spot in Huntersville. The amenities are great- the gym is fully equipped and has Olympic plates so you could skip the gym membership. The pool is stunning with fountains that light up at night. However, I had to give 3 stars because of my day to day experience living here. I could hear EVERY step that my upstairs neighbors took. It lasted every night until around midnight and started back up again around 5 am. It caused my whole apartment to shake. I don't think this is an issue of the neighbors being noisy on purpose I think it just has to do with the way the buildings were constructed and the fact that the apartments are wood floor which doesn't absorb the sound. It got to the point where my boyfriend and I just hung out at his place because we couldn't take it. So overall, I would only recommend this place to a friend IF it was a top floor apartment and noise wouldn't be an issue.
