  • I called this company because I was locked out of my truck. They said they'd be here in 15 to 30 minutes, however they arrived in 40. When they arrived, they used a metal wire, looking like it was obtained from a hanger, and a simple wedge. I was expecting technical skills a locksmith would use, however the skills used were as if they were breaking into my car. Further, the "technician" was sloppy, had no business identification on his car or "professional attire", and an explanation of costs was never given to me. This business is a textbook example of a neighbor taking advantage of a neighbor when in need and desperate, recognizing someone who is locked out is vulnerable.
