Wow! I could not believe my ears just now! I went in to grab a late night snack, so there was only one register open. The girl in front of me was going to buy a balloon that was slightly deflated, so the clerk had scanned the balloon before the customer had asked if she could fill it up. Unfortunately, she was unsure how to re-fill an already blown up balloon(uh duh?). Anyways, she needed an "override" and had paged the manager twice over the intercom and it took the manager(Holly) 8 MINUTES to finally get off her high horse in the back room and come out to give the clerk an override and the worst part....SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE when she did it, as if it was the clerks fault that she needed an override. the clerk apologized to holly as she walked away with such a b**** face. Sweet clerk, HORRIBLE RUDE manager. Disappointed and I hope corporate sees this.
