It's not a fancy spa, used mostly for a quick mani/pedi without an apt (walk ins welcome); my wife used to pop in. She's been a handful of times and rotated between getting a full mani/pedi and a quick polish change depending on her time frame. The manicures were always rushed, rarely lasted longer than 5 days; she also got polish changes in between her regular mani/pedis and found they rushed even more. She got the feeling that they were purposely doing a quick job because polish changes are cheaper and they wanted her to have to come back. They didn't seal the end of her nail polish, which any regular will know is a sure fire way to get chipping (**My wife says..). The only time she got a good mani/pedi is when a young girl (not the owner) did it. It seemed pretty obvious that the owner was being sneaky and making it look nice, but not sealing the ends knowing fully that this wouldn't last longer than a few days without chipping/peeling.
There is a much better spa, same price, just down the street (called Glotique; it's much more luxurious but not expensive) and that is where my wife goes now.
Don't go here. It's a factory where they try and push out as many people as possible; after having been 5 times in an 8 week span, my wife was pissed that they would still give her a rushed job. No customer loyalty. Also, all prices are listed $xxx and up, and they pretty much make up prices as they see fit.
NO THANK YOU!
