  • Our two bedrooms above the garage never stayed cool in the summer. Tech came out and recommended installing extra vents. $1,200. We agreed. When they came out the following week they had to cut a hole in a wall up in the attic separating the rooms from the rest of the house in the attic space. Discovered the true problem - no insulation was installed. They stopped work, told us the problem (and showed us pictures), recommended an insulation company, and refunded all of the money, minus the $50 service fee. They could have easily just completed the work and ripped us off ( most companies would). Instead, they were honest and earned a lifetime customer.
