  • AMAZING customer service... start to finish. Lance came to our home prior to our actual service and he sat down with my husband and I for a good hour or two to explain the whole process in great detail. All of our questions were answered. He came prepared with actual physical samples of the window tint we were interested in. He was absolutely confident and knowledgeable about the whole process. He gave us the best advice in regards to which tint+thickness that would be ideal for what we were looking for. I was very concerned about keeping my natural lighting in our home but adding some tint to keep out the Vegas heat as well as giving us some extra privacy in our windows!... Lance and his wife showed up on time and fully prepared with all equipment the day of our installation for our security window tint. Lance and his wife were absolutely so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. I couldn't be more happy with the team they are! During the installation they were so professional with how all the equipment was laid out. For example nothing was ever laid directly on our flooring, they always had sheets down to protect our floors. They also had such a great set up for all the trash from the extra tint that was cut off or tape that was used. They were very clean and tidy during the whole process... all the way to the end. There was nothing left over to clean or pick up after they were done. Lance and his wife are extremely great people! Good, trust worthy people who do phenomenal work. They also have wonderful communication during the process! Since we have had the security tint/film up on our windows we can absolutely feel the difference with keeping extra heat out, we have more privacy to our windows, application was great, and also I still have my natural lighting which was so important to me! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!!
