  • Had a service appointment at 9:15 this morning for an oil change and a minor recall fix. I explained I would basically be waiting. I went with a friend for breakfast, was back at 10:30 so I went into service department to get status. The service advisor went into the garage to check with mechanic. While he was gone, I saw them drive my car into the service bay garage! He came and told me that it would be another hour to an hour and a half. I indicated I saw them drive my car in and he gave me some excuse about oil needing to be cooled??!! I had only driven it for 3 miles! I told him not to do anything and I got my car back and left! I'm furious!! Terrible service and then they lie?? Not going back.
