  • This place was pretty good for the most part. I would have given them 4 stars except this company wasn't upfront with me on the initial quote. I was looking for a company who didn't charge a travel fee and just had a flat hourly rate. This was my first time using a moving company and I did little research so I guess I was a little naive. But on the first call, the rep reassured me their was just a flat hourly rate. Big surprise, when they showed up, there turned out to be a travel fee. I talked with the manager and they dropped Half the travel fee. The two moving guys that showed up were super nice and friendly. They worked fast and efficiently. So because their moving guys were so nice I was forgiving about the travel fee issue. They don't hire cheap day labor, try only hire legitimate employees. Overall, I would use them again. At the end of the day, they did a great job moving all furniture quickly and cautiously.
