  • I have used this location a few times over 3 years time. Some of the staff is helpful and friendly. The lady assigned for an ultra sound has been almost nasty to very polite. I realized too late I don't think she changed the sheets from the examine table after the last patient. The previous lady left and I was called almost immediately. The bathroom opposite that room needs to be cleaned more often. When I scheduled my appointment I was told to arrive 1 hour early to drink 32 ounces of water before my appointment. I signed in then waited half an hour. I explained why I was early to staff at the front desk. She said did you drink the water? I was not aware I was to bring my own bottles. She gave me a cup saying drink 3 (48 ounces). I was called to change and wait in a smaller waiting area. I remarked I think I need to drink more water. This girl asked if I felt full? I said I drank 32 ounces. She replied, I'll get you another cup of water. She did not. I caught up with her 20 minutes later. She brought me room temp water not from the fountain. As rude as she was then and as I was leaving maybe it was from a toilet. She is a young pretty girl, slender with dark hair and should never work with the public. I wish I had her name. The few personable employees who work there and location convenience make it bearable. I returned for an appointment November, 2017. Amazed everyone I encountered was polite and personable. None were the same employees I saw in October, 2017.
