  • This place is awful! There is no customer service! Movie was cancelled last night due to technical problems. Instead of giving back our money they gave us a coupon to come back. We didn't get anything for our inconvenience. When we questioned the manager about this she was aloof and basically said "this is what we decided to do". This place is a poor excuse for a movie theater~dirty, old, uncomfortable chairs...I could go on and on! We can't get a new theater in the North Hills soon enough! This place doesn't deserve anybody's business!!!!!
