  • Anyone who has needed home repair in Las Vegas can tell you, it's a jungle out there! Customer service with contractors is usually spotty at best, if they even bother to get back to you at all; it is really hard to find people to trust! We recently noticed a leak in our porch roof with all the unusual rains we have had lately. I requested quotes from 3 companies that varied in prices by over $1000. Ed Ishikawa (owner) came out and gave us an estimate to repair the leaking section of roof, as well as repair a few other problems the roof was seeing. Ed took pictures- explained all of the work that was needed (and what was not). He was kind and respectful. His price fell in the middle, but his customer service more than made up for the small price difference- sometimes you get what you pay for here. He finished the job as scheduled, and he guaranteed his work for 3 years. He was even kind enough to replace the pigeon spikes on our roof and add a few more to places that needed them. I would highly recommend his company for any roofing issues that may arise!
