  • I have used Enterprise at least 8 times in last few years, never have they screwed me like this. My rental was for 3 days and came to $118, tom took me to inspect car and check gas level and then asked if I wanted my basic coverage for 18 a day, so I said sure and did paperwork outside without getting a total. I figured extra 60 bucks. Well I needed it for another two days and Tom told me wrong for coverage, it was over 30 dollars a day. I should have known something was up when we did paperwork outside. Normally you do all the add ons inside. Stay clear of Tom.
