  • [I've edited this review to reflect much improved service from the company as our moving saga has continued.] We were very happy with All My Sons Moving at the beginning. Jeff came to our house and seemed reliable and knowledgeable. The guys who loaded our boxes and furniture were on-time, careful, and efficient. But then came the actual moving part. Our contract guarantees a 7 to 21 day time frame for delivery, but our goods are going to be delivered to Boston a week after the guaranteed last possible delivery date. That's a full month after they loaded us in Phoenix. Initially, when it became clear we were facing a contract breach and late delivery, the staff was hard to communicate with and elusive. Eventually, however, a part-owner/manager stepped in and began communicating with me directly. Ron has been very attentive, giving me his direct cell line and checking in with me about where things are at regularly. He also arranged for us to be fairly compensated for inconvenience and expenses during the extra week without our things, beyond the regular $-per-day-late discount. I have no problem recommending All My Sons for local and near-distance moves. They will take care of your things. But if you're doing a long-distance move, be careful to keep close track of where your things are and what the timeline is for moving them out. If you do have a late delivery problem, you may have to be persistent on the phone (social media helps too), but if you get to the right person you'll be treated fairly.
