  • These guys were so awesome to me today. Dr. Cheng helped me a lot, and the girls from the front desk helped me sift through their zillions of eyeglass options. I got a couple of opinions from the different people there to figure out what would be best for me. They had fantastic customer service, really took their time with me, and listened to what I had to say. At first, I was a little unsure because the outside makes it look like you're walking into someone's house, but once inside you can see they have a beautiful facility and a fabulous staff. I only went here because it is very close to my house and they had good reviews-nice to see that they were so great!! I should also note that Dr. Cheng was very thorough with her exam, she had a calm and soothing voice so that was very nice. Once she was done, she thoroughly explained to me what's wrong with my eyes, told me about my prescription, when I should wear glasses, and she also was very knowledgable on my autoimmune disease and treatments and how those affect eyesight. I found that really impressive because I have been to MD's who have no clue how to pronounce even the name of my medications...she told me exactly what signs and symptoms to look for should I develop eyesight in conjunction to my Crohn's Disease/Arthritis flares. She was awesome!
