  • One star only because I can't leave a review for none. Our doctor office sent through the prescription for the ankle brace for drop foot (which we verified). I was told to call them if no appt set up in 2 weeks. I called them, the girl was rude, acted as if I was an inconvenience, said she didn't know anything about it. It needed to be under them is year's insurance or won't be covered and she rudely just said, it won't be. The customer service over the phone was very rude. I wouldn't use them based on, if that is their baseline of service they stink. This is a business that sb responsible for a prosthetic and fit and can't even be helpful for the service. How would they be if the fit was off?!
