  • Was very excited to be staying at a resort that I thought was of a high caliber. I arrived at one in the morning, which I had told them I would be, and got my key. I tempted to open my room but the key did not work. That was the start of the not so good weekend. I then tried to shower and could not get hot water out. Apparently it's set to the wrong side and you have to let it run for a little while. They give you free breakfast, so the next morning when I got up, I went to the breakfast room. I found waffles, muffins, oatmeal, toast, cold cereal, yogurt, some fruit that didn't look so great, and coffee. A gentleman asked me if I needed my card punched, and I said no I'm not going to be eating here. He asked me why and I told them all you have is carbs. He said there are hard-boiled eggs. But there were none out. I had a massage scheduled later that morning, so I went down to the spa facility. No one was there to greet me, there are no signs to indicate what you're supposed to do when you arrive. So I wandered around looking for someone or for what to do. I found the women's locker room and I assumed I was to put on a robe and lock my stuff up which I did and I sat in the in the lounge waiting. I had a wonderful massage that was the highlight of my stay. They do have a nice pool and a nice tennis court. The next morning, which was Sunday of memorial day weekend, I was supposed to have the body wrap that I originally wanted to book but couldn't get the full appointment for on Saturday so I went ahead and booked on Sunday the day I was leaving. I arrive for my appointment 10 minutes early I got dressed in a robe and sat. I sat for 15 minutes after my appointment time. Then I decided it was time to go since no one said anything to me to greet me! They looked like i lost my mind when i complained and left!
