  • This is your average courtyard hotel. Free parking, 3 stories, bistro in the lobby, etc. It's in a great location right off the freeway and across a plaza with a good amount of restaurants and shops. There was an issue with the first room I was given - lots of hair in the restroom on the floor. It was too much for me so I notified the front desk and they were very understanding and helpful. They put me in another room immediately. The new room had a couple strands of hair in the shower tub but I just cleaned it up. Housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to detail. The room was fine. The bed was good but not great, and I didn't hear any noise overnight. Although the front desk was really friendly and welcoming, when I checked in, I wasn't offered my free beverage or snack for being a platinum member, but my co worker who checked in right after me received the offer for being platinum. I would probably stay here again if the rates are good.
