  • I stay in a lot of hotels on a regular basis. I normally stick to one hotel chain and this trip I stayed at this hotel which is not my normal chain as my company booked the room. I have had weird stories over the years but this place tops the cake. I was scheduled to stay 2 nights. I came back to my room after my first night and after a long days work to find someone else's luggage and stuff in my room. There are several issues with this. 1. How in the heck did someone get a key to my room? 2. Why would someone unpack and leave their stuff in my room when they clearly saw someone else's stuff? I called front desk and they sent housekeeping to my room. I responded and said I need a manager. By that point I packed up my stuff to get out. Upon getting to the front desk they apologized and did not understand how it happened. Not my fault! So would not recommend this place to stay in the future as you might end up with an unannounced roommate. (They did comp my room, but still very unacceptable.) I moved back to my hotel chain of choice and was greeted by a smile and assurance that would not happen.
