  • Disgusted. Dissapointed and baffled that a company with such ineptitude can still be in business. Day one service tech did. Not show. day two the tech had an issue , his tools ran out of batteries, guess connecting to the power cord was too much to ask and so day three he could not finish and did not bring all the equipment he needed. Must have been a big job you may imagine and the answer is yes it was too big for these people. Three cameras and the job could not be done. So after tons of calls and a promise of 4 months of free service i rescheduled again only to have tech not show up. They said they tried to call me and after confirming my number they had one number off and so I am promised another free month which would make it 5 free months but voila, it did not show in their records, how convenient is it not. where did this take place? Brawley CA. So today after going back and forth, for what would be the 5th day to attempt to schedule, I get a call that they will not be getting the equipment for another 3 days and so I have waited for weeks and 4 wasted days to get three cameras installed. Now I am expected to take another day off work and wait for the equipment to make cameras work. How pray is it so difficult to make 3 cameras work? Supposedly because it was too far to the wifi router though one of the cameras that was successfully installed was farther away from the one that doesnt. Yes I measured. I now will post this and call to cancel and not fall for their fake promises nor expect sub standard service. Let them break into your house, its less painful than dealing with these people
