rev:text	During my four hour wait for an oil change which I had an appointment for, I saw at least five people storm out for poor customer service. There were four people behind the desk and only one person working in the garage. During my tire rotation they stripped a peg on my wheel and I had to wait an hour for them to get me a new part from the dealership. There poor service caused me to be an hour and a half late to work. An oil change should take 15 minutes tops once your in the garage. This service was absolutely horrid. And they still had the nerve to charge me full price.
