I made a reservation for this hotel with booking,com everything was fine until I received an email 1 day prior to my arrival that I no longer had a reservation. After I received the email, I called the hotel spoke with Tawana who was not interested in helping me at all. I explained I received confirmation for my arrival, funds were already taken from my account and I received an email saying I had no reservation. She dumped into a voicemail for someone who was not there. I called back, I instructed her to get me human being to speak and not transfer me to a voicemail. I got Colleen who acknowledge there was a problem. She placed me on hold and resolved the issue. She reassured me that my reservation was there and I was all set! Arrive to the hotel and guess who was at the desk, Tawana. She was just as unfriendly in person as she was unhelpful on the phone. I know she remembered speaking with 2 days prior. You would think she would have at least apologize, NOT! The great conclusion to this story is that I was pleased with my stay and I didn't see Tawana until the day I checked out. And someone else assisted with that.
