| - A dud. Our waiter only appeared twice. To take our order and then at the end to deliver the bill. Never came by once to say "how's your meal" or "would you like a second cocktail". We've wanted to come here for years, and now we can tick it off the "to do" list which is a shame as we take people to Vegas several times a year and go over and over again to places like Vic and Anthony's, Lotus, DuPars and a few others. This won't be on that list.
When we were seated, it took a good time for anyone to come to the table, and eventually a very nice man came by who I am guessing was the Sommelier or bar manager came by to offer us drinks. After some time the waiter came by. He seemed a little put off that we didn't order entrees (you know that fleeting moment where you read the expression on someone's face?), but rather, several appetizers. Maybe that's why he generally never came to our table again? None the less, it was $140 worth of appetizers and drinks.
We had reservations, on a Saturday and showed up- the place was half-empty. Maybe 4 tables out of the 10 were taken. So the ignoring your table because you're so busy wasn't it.
Over-all, each of the dishes were just meh, okay. Nothing was a standout and certainly this $140 dollar meal was worth more like at the most $40.
The bigger message is, the place seems tired. Service is always a good portion of the experience, and I don't know what's going on here, but they need to take a rest and re-group. The appetizers need a little work as well.
