  • *****WARNING: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! ** Living here has been a nightmare. The fire alarms go off all the time. This ha been going on for over two months. When it happens we have to call the fire department even though it is a false alarm because the apartment emergency line says they are sending maintenance and they NEVER come. The fire department says it is a faulty system because none of the alarms have been pulled. We have notified the apartment management numerous time and they did NOTHING until we had to get nasty with them and yet here I sit at 4:00 AM waiting for the alarm to be turned off AGAIN!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! The fire alarms are faulty and you and your family may die in the event of a real fire!!!!!!! ********UPDATE 5/26/18******* Called Pinnacle, the owners of this death trap. Was promised a return call in 24 hours. 5 Days later no return call and the fire alarms are going off again!!!!! Oh and they are are changing the name to "Pointe at Centennial" expect more reviews like this under the new name.
