  • Called and made an appointment with Ricky for my 2 year old son...they said they totally cut kids hair. I wanted to take my son somewhere better than the "regular place". We got there 5 minutes early and Ricky the barber said " it'll be 5 minutes"...I thought "great!". 45 minutes later I went up to the barber and asked how much longer. He said it'll be in just a few minutes and I said "you said that 45 minutes ago!" He called us over a few minutes later while getting the booster seat. I sat my son down and he started moving a little and the Ricky the barber said "no way can I cut his hair". I said you just made a 2 year old wait almost an hour. He said he was running late...I said you didn't say that at the beginning, you said it'd be 5 minutes. He then asked what kind of cut I wanted for my son...I asked him for suggestions and Ricky absolutely did not care to make any suggestions. It was obvious he did not want to serve us at the Barber shop. And he finally said no, he will not cut his hair. Super bad experience and highly disappointed.
