  • So originally I had 5 stars on my review because the first pair of glasses purchased were ready really quick and the girl helping us was great. We went in again and had a drastically different experience - it was as if it was a whole different store and the attitude of the people working was not friendly and inviting like our first experience. We ordered a pair of safety glasses on a Monday and they said they would be in on a Friday. On Friday they then said they would be in on the next Wednesday. Wednesday came, no glasses again and now the message is that they don't know when they will be in because there is no timeline put on safety glasses. We understand that safety glasses may be a bit more involved, but not giving a time as to when they will be done is just plain wrong and very poor service. When expressing our dissatisfaction, the response was not to try to help the situation - we were brushed off with an "it is what it is and you'll have to deal with it" attitude. Very unfortunate to see such inconsistency in service from a 5+ star experience to a 1 star level.
