  • Getting married at Wynn Las Vegas was an absolute dream. We met with Darlene about a year before the date we wanted, so it was wide open for us (and in fact, we ended up being the only wedding there on that date!) For the better part of a year, through emails and phone calls, we were able to communicate openly and easily with both Darlene and her assistant Rachel. The main downside was cost; basically you have the "base" package and then each decoration is an add-on. There isn't much up front transparency with how much each piece costs, but whenever we asked, they replied in a timely manner. The decorations quickly add up, and the packages aren't outright about the values of what's included, so the best way to find out is to simply ask. All photography, floral, and decorations are required to be in-house, which could be a good or bad thing depending on what you want. Other than that, the overall value for what you get is great! We chose a pretty basic package and did a lot of add-ons to make it look the way we wanted in the Primrose Courtyard. (I would HIGHLY recommend the hanging candles! They were each so beautifully detailed, more like hanging lanterns!) The other downside is photography time, but again, we had a basic package and did not upgrade. We didn't get some specific pictures we wanted (aka, the Bridal Party) but what they did get were absolutely incredible. If I could go back, I would upgrade for more photo time. Be prepared that when purchasing your photographs the next day, it will likely cost almost as much as the ceremony itself... But again the value is good for what you get. All in all, we spent significantly less than the "average" cost people spend, even if significantly more than other venues in Vegas. Completely worth it though. The night of the wedding (oh, that's another upgrade, if you want an "after hours" wedding, just FYI) was absolutely perfect. After the horribly stressful day we had trying to get ready, Darlene and Rachel were both on hand and prepared. My dress had attracted more the red lint than I've ever seen before, from the Wynn's carpet apparently. I was slightly panicked, and Darlene brought me into the bridal room with lint roller in hand, and personally hand rolled all 3 layers of my charmeuse dress, all by herself! She completely saved my sanity. They actually let us in early, since we were the only wedding of the day, so that helped as well. At the end of the night, we never felt like we were getting kicked or rushed out. In fact, they never mentioned the time, but we were keeping track of it. They were very respectful of our guests wanting to take pictures with us, and had everything from the unity ceremony and the bridal room packed up for us, so we really didn't have to worry about anything! It was absolutely wonderful. Thank you to Wynn for making our wedding night perfectly magical!
