  • I called the clinic as a new client to make an appointment for my dog who had a rash. The woman who answered the phone was extremely kind and helpful. She gathered some information, was flexible with making an appointment that worked with my schedule, and even offered some kind words of reassurance. When I showed up for my appointment the staff was expecting me and were very welcoming. I waited less than 5 minutes for the veterinarian, Dr. Sigg, who was very kind. She gathered a detailed history of my dog's problem, reviewed notes from my previous vet, and preformed a very thorough exam. She interacted well with my dog and made us both feel very comfortable. The vet offered reasonable advice, suggested effective treatment, and told me to contact her if my dog's condition failed to improve. She didn't suggest needless testing or expensive medications. Days after my visit my dog's skin improved. I also received a follow-up call from the office to check on my dog. What a fantastic practice!! I wish physicians' offices were this professional. Thank you.
