  • What r u talking about ice cream of mountain!!!! I was disappointed with this ice cream house today, october 3, 2017. The ice cream attendants are very rude!!!!! Before i purchase i ask the attendant how much is the small cup and the medium cup. The attendant stated the price and give emphasis that small cup is one scoop n medium cup is 2 scoops. So i purchase 2 scoop 2 flavors. When he gave me the cup i complained that why is it is too small. One scoop at the bottom is half n hallow n the upper one full. She said that it. I saw the lady that bought a small scoop but its mountain of ice cream. My husband n i come back to the counter n complained why like this. We asked for the supervisor n d lady get a weighing scale n weigh it in front of everybody. She did not even turn it exactly to zero. N told me u are more than 7 oz. I told her i bought two scoop n received 1-1/2 n u did not told me u sell by oz. what u told me is by scoop. If only i know i bought the small cup like the lady. Fooling consumer!!!!! So that it wont happened again to others u have to give emphasis that u r selling by oz not by scoop. Disgusting....!!!!! Racket!!! Embracing, humiliating, deceiving!!!!!!
