As far as Mongolian stir-fry goes, this is definitely a good place. I've been going since the days when it was called YC's and under different ownership, but I don't understand the gripe that most people have with the change to AJ's.
You do realize it's the exact same people cooking the exact same stuff on the exact same equipment in the exact same way? All the sauces are the same, heck they still have YC's special sauce.
I've noticed nothing change except a slight price increase, but if you can't afford another dollar for a drink, then maybe you shouldn't be eating out in the first place. I'd personally prefer that they up the prices by a buck rather than going out of business. The food is still great, the decor has improved and it's still a wonderful hole-in-the-wall type of joint that you can slide into whenever the craving hits.
I've you've never been and you're in the area, definitely give this place a try. Price increase or not, it's still one of the cheapest options out there and definitely good food.
