As I was walking through the doors of petsmart, Amanda calls and cancels my appointment on the telephone. I go to the counter and asked for an explanation. she tells me that 15 mins after my appointment, my appt (by her choice) had been cancelled and she had already decided to take in another dog without calling me to confirm. I travel A LOT with my dog and have never experienced such a lack of work ethic or communication at a petsmart. Unprofessional and it seemed she just wanted to get home instead of keeping her customers happy. Needs re training!
