  • I had to rent a storage unit for my daughter to store her stuff over the summer since she is away at college. This is my first time ever renting a storage unit, and I have to say that Patrick and Brynn went above and beyond in customer service. Brynn took a lot of time to walk my college aged daughter around to show her how to get into each of the doors, and showed her how to make sure her unit is secure and how to open it. They were both very friendly, and the facility is very clean. In fact when we drove up, Patrick was outside sweeping all around. Also, the facility is climate controlled, which is nice since those Arizona summers get extremely hot. We feel very comfortable with them!
