| - I reccomend this gym after 9pm (maybe early morning too). It's a decent gym but not the place to go to lift weights during peak hrs. In my opinion, when compared to other WHCs I've used, this location caters to crossfit. As a result, be prepared to have someone teetering on a balance ball or jumping around you as you have 200 lbs of iron pressed over your face. Also members here love to make a mess. Anywhere you go upstairs you have to navigate a mess of trainers, weights, rollers, stools, and whatever else the newest exercise fad requires. Don't be surprised to see the squat rack occupied by people doing curls and pushups and there isn't even a standard standing calf machine, nor hack squat. If you dislike meatheads do not worry, there are not many here! Full of jabronis, however, who love wearing Hugo Boss beaters and tilted caps to their daily bench press comp and curl fest. These jabrones also love lifting beyond their ability with bad form so they can drop the weights to show everyone how badass they are. Overall though, the facility itself is pretty good and is enough to work your muscles; the clientele will work your patience.
