| - Never made a review about a place before but definitely had to do one about this one. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience I had to go through, and I truly don't want anyone to ever go through what I had to with my dog. Wish I had the option to give no stars at all because they don't even deserve one. unfortunately my story of why I hate this place so much was too long and I couldn't share it. But please be careful, they honestly don't care about pets, all they care about is money. The easy way out from situations for them is recommending to euthanize. Which is absolutely disgusting, I blame them for my dog getting kidney disease because they said he had a "nasty bacteria" all over his body that could affect other organs including his kidneys if it wasn't treated right away. And they didn't know how to treat it, they didn't give him the adequate medication. Instead they kept guessing and saying "were gonna try this" were gonna try that" as a vet you should know right away the proper medication to give a sick dog. You'll know the correct treatment right away, but they seemed to not know anything. Not only are the so called "vets" horrible but so is the staff. Never greeted me, and they would make me wait for the longest while they would chit chat. If you are looking for a good veterinarian I highly recommend Centennial Hills Animal Hospital, absolutely the best. They really know what they are doing and truly show they care about helping animals. Also not expensive at all, creature comforts has horrible vets, staff, and their prices are way too high for the service they give. Definitely never again will I take my pets to this place even if it was the only one in this planet. Horrible, horrible place where they claim to "care for pets" because honestly they just care about the money.
